Purchase Options

Which purchase options do I have for buying SCOR products?

There are three options for buying SCOR products:

1. Webshop / Direct to Consumer: Riders in Switzerland, Germany and France can order selected SCOR products such as framesets, spare parts, accessories and apparel, online and have them delivered to wherever they want within those regions. The Direct to Consumer service offers most of the SCOR inventory on a 24/7 basis.

2. Webshop / Click and Collect: In selected countries bikes can be ordered via our Click and Collect service. It's as simple as any other online transaction. The only difference is that we ship your new bicycle to your chosen SCOR retailer for professional assembly and setup.

3. Retailer Network: The SCOR range is available through our independent SCOR retailer network. Our retailers provide you with products, advice, service, and support. Please use the shop finder to find your nearest SCOR retailer.


Shipping & Returns

How much does Direct to Consumer delivery cost?

A shipping and handling fee of 7 €/10 CHF is charged on any order below 150 €/CHF, free shipping applies to orders above 150 €/CHF.


How much does Click and Collect delivery cost?

Click and Collect is a free service offered by SCOR and our retailers. There are no additional costs for the delivery or assembly of a bike, but other services in addition to the assembly of the bike or additional products can be purchased directly from the SCOR retailer. SCOR is not involved in these additional sales.


What happens if I want to cancel my order or return a product?

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after delivery.

To cancel your order, you must contact our service team through our contact form to get a return authorization.
Products must be returned new, unridden, with no mark of usage or damages.

Print and complete the return form.
Send the product and the return form to the following address:

SCOR reserves the right to refuse a cancellation, if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Should returned products need any form of repair or replacement parts, the resulting costs or any additional expenses in connection with the returned product are at the expense of the customer.


What happens if I want to cancel my Click and Collect order or return a product?

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after collection. To start the process, contact our service team through our contact form to get a return authorization.

Once the return is authorized, print and complete the return form. Return the product and the return form to the retailer you originally collected your order from for inspection.

After confirming that returned product is new, unridden, and with no mark of usage or damage, the retailer will notify us and we will issue a full refund.

How can I purchase products directly from SCOR?

Once you have decided on a product, follow these steps to complete the purchase:

Step 1: Select the size and colorway of the product you are interested in.
Step 2: Proceed to the checkout.
Step 3: Enter your name and shipping information.
Step 4: Enter payment information and place the order.
Step 5: Your new SCOR product will be delivered as soon as possible.


Which countries are eligible for Direct to Consumer delivery?

We currently offer online shopping for Switzerland, Germany and France.

What is the lead time between my order and the delivery of my product?

Your order will be processed at the best possible speed. In general, your parcel will leave our warehouse 3 days after your order is placed and be delivered within 3 days.

What is Click and Collect?

As of now, SCOR bikes can be ordered online and collected from a local SCOR retailer in Switzerland, Germany and France. Click and Collect offers all the benefits of online shopping combined with the personal contact and service of a specialist retailer.

Our Click and Collect program serves the growing need for flexible shopping solutions while making SCOR bikes more easily and quickly available. For a limited time, all bikes offered through Click and Collect will be delivered with FREE SHIPPING.

How do I order a bike with Click and Collect?

Once you have decided on a product, follow these steps to complete the purchase:

Step 1: Choose the size and model of your chosen bike.
Step 2: Go to the shopping cart.
Step 3: Enter name and shipping information.
Step 4: Use the map and drop-down menu to find a SCOR retailer near you.
Step 5: Enter your payment information and complete your order.
Step 6: The bike will be delivered to the retailer you selected in Step 4.

Once the retailer receives your bike, they will take care of the assembly and contact you to schedule a pick-up. Both you and your retailer will receive a purchase confirmation and tracking information so you can always stay up to date.


Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, all Click and Collect orders must be paid upfront at the checkout.


Can I have the order delivered to any location?

A Click and Collect order can be delivered to any SCOR retailer listed in the order process as possible delivery address.
Once a retailer is selected, the delivery address cannot be changed.


What happens in the event of a warranty claim?

The SCOR retailer where you pick up the bike is your first point of contact to help you with the process.


What is the lead time between my order and picking up my new bike?

Your order will be processed as fast as possible. In general, your bike will leave our warehouse no later than three days after your order and will be delivered to the selected SCOR retailer within 3 business days. The retailer has 48 hours to schedule an appointment with you.


Can someone else pick up my bike from the retailer?

For safety reasons and to ensure the best riding experience with your new bike, you must be personally present when you pick up your new bike. The retailer can check your ID upon request to ensure that the person picking up the bike is also the one who purchased it.

Availability

What does availabilty refer to?

You can only purchase bikes which are in stock at the time of your order. If you can add your chosen bike to the basket and check out, it will be dispatched to your selected SCOR retailer within 3 business days. At this stage of the program we are unable to offer pre-order functionality.


Can I buy a SCOR frame only?

Yes, we do also offer the 4060 ST and the 4060 LT as a frameset including shock, angle-adjust headset, chainguide and rear axle. For framesets there is a Direct to Consumers purchasing option in our webshop too.
